wonderful painting.Can you please tell me the concept of escaping from the paitning perspective.

This is part of a series of illustrations, Deepka, involving a small black cat and his various creations with sheets of old newspaper. I did have a vague idea of a narrative involving mice rising up against their cat oppressors, but I didn't include the story. I concentrated on the visuals.
